We were suspose to have this recital outdoors but with all the rain we've had this year it got moved to the basement of the library. Good thing too because when we left it was raining again. This was C's first piano recital and he did a great job. He was third on the program and got right up and announced himself and played his two pieces perfectly. For those of you who don't know my oldest three are a little shy of getting up in front of people and C still has never given a talk in Primary. He's starting to give prayers but this was a huge accomplishment.
His second piece, Rain Storm, he composed himself. Every child had composed an outdoor themed piece.
I need a better camera for taking indoor pictures.
E had been placed near the end of the program because she doesn't always get up when it's her turn. But she got up there and announced herself and played perfectly with all the dynamics too.
The piece she composed was called Pretty Flowers.
They did awesome and they are learning so fast. I'm so proud of them.
